Ski touring / Raids
No helicopters here, it’s being in good physical condition that counts. For energetic skiers who love the idea of setting off on long-distance adventure, cutting themselves off from the world for a few days and skiing through endless landscapes and unusual places on fantastic and completely untracked off-piste runs, a ski tour is an excellent compromise.
Short days without too much climbing or lots of climbing at high altitude, anything is possible depending on what you want, the snow conditions and your level.
To complete the legendary Chamonix-Zermatt route in six days you’ll need to be an experienced off-piste skier and in excellent physical condition. The Val di Rhêmes, the Wildstrubel and the Queyras are suitable touring locations for
beginners, but still require good physical fitness and competent skiing ability. So what are you waiting for ?
