Our course will give you the best possible chance of success in climbing Western Europe’s highest peak (4810m).
As part of a group, you will discover the basics of crampon and climbing techniques with the objective of climbing Mont Blanc.
ObjectiveAscent of Mont Blanc (4810m)
Duration5 days, 3 nights in refuge.
ProgrammeThe course is divided into 3 parts : a day learning snow & rock techniques, 2 days preparation and acclimatisation, 2 days for the ascent.
Day 1 : Review snow & rock climbing techniques : Hike to the Albert 1er hut, glacier shool on the Glacier of Le tour. Night in the refuge.
D2 : Training day and acclimatization : Aiguille du Tour climb. Night in the Trient hut.
J3 : Training day and acclimatization : Tête Blanche and Petite Fourche, return to the valley.
J4 et J5 : 2 days to climb the Mont Blanc : Climb to the Gouter refuge from the Mont Blanc tramway, Ascent of Mont Blanc, return.
Technical levelIntermediate, some experience rock climbing and using crampons is recommended. Good level of fitness requested.

Group size 3 to 6 people per guide during the preparation days, 2 people per high mountain guide for the ascent.
Do not forgetCrampons, high mountain shoes, ice axes, gloves, sunglasses...(harness and helmet are provided by the guide).
