Helly Hansen & Evolution 2 welcome you to another very special edition of the off-piste derby the Cham Helly Hansen Winter Ride. Ski, Snowboard, Telemark, Monoski, even Tele-Squal.

Big News for the Grands Montets stage:
   The winners of this edition will win entry to the Grand Raid Gore Tex - Chamonix happening the following Saturday 21st of March.
   Boss Des Bosses Special & Free Inscription : A Boss des Bosses category has been created to help decide which ‘training ground’ makes for the best Freeriders.

With many coaches of visitors coming from all over the Alps to compete and watch the very special 20th edition Boss des Bosses, the competition for this Freeride Derby is going to be particularly intense!! (Free entry, normally 10€ to the competition for everyone coming for the Boss Des Bosses)

Programme

   Inscription from 8.30am at the foot of the Grand Montets ski area.
   Once you have your bib number, you will be told the secret starting point (approx 10am) for this on-sight, one run freeride derby. (Anyone needing to finish early for the BDB can have an early start number. Get in touch to arrange these spaces).
   The course is all off-piste, with markers pointing the way to the finish line, where your line, fluidity and the stop-watch will be the judge of where the best freeriders can be found : Chamonix, Meribel, Val D’Isére, Verbier, Courchevel or Zermatt?

  
Prize giving of the many great prizes on offer from our sponsors will take place at the Marmottones Après ski at the bottom of the hill at the end of the day.

Practical information

PriceInscription: 10 Euros per person. All participants coming for the Boss Des Bosses receive free entry.
Location: Sign up at the Grands Montets meeting point at 8h30.
Viewing of the derby: Spectators can watch the display of speed and control (or lack of) all along the course, which is yet to be decided to allow for the best conditions.

Essential Equipment! Helmet, ARVA & Insurance are obligatory! (Insurance can be purchased on inscription, prior to the competition).
